We will prepare your service for any forthcoming inspection and provide a ‘benchmark’ for you, and a full and clear understanding of what you are doing well and what areas you should focus on to stand the best chance of receiving a favourable inspection.

A full report will be written based upon the CQC five key questions and associated Key Lines of Enquiry. We will also provide an action plan to highlight the areas you need to focus on, and how you could deliver the improvements necessary.

We have the knowledge and understanding of what CQC are looking for at each rating level and can help you develop the evidence to clearly show that you are operating at a level higher than you are currently.

We know that any improvement agenda will take time, and we will revisit to assess progress, encourage your staff team and provide you with the tools to embed the practice. Our longer-term vision is that you will be able to assess yourself and use the tools we give you to evidence improvement without the need for our support.
